Frequently asked questions
How does per-coachee billing work?
You're billed based on your peak number of active coachees during each billing period. Archived coachees don't count. If you have 12 active coachees at your highest point in a month, you're billed for 12, regardless of whether some were archived later. This keeps billing fair and predictable.
What counts as an active coachee?
An active coachee is anyone currently assigned to your practice who hasn't been archived. You can archive coachees at any time when an engagement ends. Their data is preserved and accessible, but they no longer count towards your active total.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing with flexible payment terms.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual plans come with a meaningful discount. Contact us for details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time via GDPR data export. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
